What a box like this has to do
Earbuds boxes are often sold from hooks as well as shelves, so they need a hanging tab and a front that reads well at eye level. A smartwatch box is opened at home as part of the product experience, so the inside matters as much as the outside: the watch and its accessories should each have a fixed place. These are general needs of the category, not requirements the brand gave us.
How the box is built
The TECNO earbuds boxes are upright cartons with a black hanging tab at the top. Their side panels carry a bold black-and-white line pattern that runs around the corner of the box. The Infinix BUDS boxes use the same hanging-tab format, with a printed product image framed by a bright green border. The Infinix XBAND box opens to a black base holding a white tray insert with separate recesses for the watch and its parts, while the green front panel shows the watch itself.
Print and finishing
The photos show large solid areas of black and saturated green, high-contrast line patterns, white and dark type, and full-colour product images. Solid colours and fine stripes show any colour shift or misregister at once, so print control matters on boxes like these. Our line in Dongguan includes Heidelberg offset presses, gloss or matte film lamination, spot UV, hot-foil stamping, automatic die-cutting, high-speed folder-gluing, mounting, lid-and-base box forming, variable-data coding and automatic inspection. We do not state here which machine ran this particular job.
How we work on similar boxes
For boxes like these we follow the same seven factory steps: design and sampling, plate-making and printing, surface finishing, die-cutting and gluing, gift-box assembly, coding and inspection, and delivery. This describes how our factory works in general. It is not a record of this project.
