Who we are

This website is run by PAKRISEGO. PAKRISEGO is a brand of Dongguan Jingxing Environmental Protection Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. (东莞市景兴环保包装科技有限公司), registered at Building 2, Junfa Plastic Industrial Park, No. 18 Baishun Street, Huangjingkeng, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Quote and contact forms

When you send a form on this website, the details you enter (for example your name, email, company, country, product needs, quantity and message) are sent to our web server. The server emails them to our sales team at sales@pakrisego.com, using our business email service (Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail). Together with the form, the server records the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and your browser type. We use the IP address to limit spam and repeated automatic submissions.

The server also keeps a copy of each submission in a log file, so that an inquiry is not lost if the email cannot be sent. The log is stored on our server, outside the public website.

If our server cannot be reached when you send the form, the form instead opens your own email program with your inquiry filled in, so you can send it to us by email.

The forms do not upload files. If you want to share artwork, a dieline or photos, email them to sales@pakrisego.com after you send the form.

Email and WhatsApp

You can also contact us by email at sales@pakrisego.com, or with the WhatsApp button on our pages. The WhatsApp button is a normal link that opens WhatsApp; this website does not load any WhatsApp code. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and handle any orders that follow. We use analytics data (see below) only in summary form, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal bases

Where the law asks us to name a legal basis for using your information, these are ours:

• Form and email inquiries: to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (answering your inquiry, preparing a quote or sample), and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
• IP address for spam protection, and web server access logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
• Google Analytics: your consent, where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to count visits and see how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed, and whether a quote form was sent or an email or WhatsApp link was clicked. We do not send your name, email address or the content of your messages to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising features are switched off in our setup.

Whether Google Analytics runs depends on where your device appears to be:

• If your device appears to be in Europe (we check your browser's time zone; we also treat an unknown time zone this way), Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies unless you click Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, it is not loaded.
• For visitors elsewhere, Google Analytics is on by default and no banner is shown. You can switch it off at any time with Cookie settings.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject, wherever you are.

When Google Analytics is on, Google sets first-party cookies on pakrisego.com to tell visits apart. Google processes this data on its own servers, which may be outside your country (including the United States). See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

This website sets no other cookies, and our fonts and images are served from our own server.

Change or withdraw your choice: use Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops immediately and we delete its cookies from your browser. You can also clear this website's data in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions in the server log: 12 months, then deleted.
• Our web server's standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, time): about 14 days.
• Inquiry emails and our replies: as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below).
• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your information. We use these service providers:

• Google (Google Analytics), only if analytics is on: usage statistics.
• Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail: delivers form inquiries to sales@pakrisego.com and hosts our business email.
• BSQL Networking: hosts our web server and the form log in California, USA.

Where your information is handled

Your information may be handled in two countries:

• United States: our web server and form log (BSQL Networking, California), Google Analytics, and members of our team.
• China: our company, and our business email (Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to give you a copy in a common electronic format (data portability), by emailing sales@pakrisego.com. Please say which email address you used, so we can find your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with Cookie settings. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law, for example to object to or restrict some uses, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
