Factory process
Same story as our Equipment page. From design and sampling to Heidelberg printing, finishing, die-cutting, assembly, coding and delivery — all seven steps run in our Huangjiang, Dongguan plant.

Structure, dieline and a sample for your approval — before plates and print. We cut structure samples so you can check fit, opening and insert layout with the real product.

02
Brand colours, fine type and register start here. We print on Heidelberg sheet-fed offset presses — the foundation for cartons, wraps and leaflets that the rest of the line finishes.

Offset printing sits at the centre of the line. Pharma text accuracy, 3C brand colour and cosmetic wrap quality all start on these presses before post-press work begins.
03
Gloss or matte lamination, varnish, spot UV and hot-foil stamping — chosen for look, touch and protection, then sequenced so later die-cutting and gluing stay clean.

Printed sheets become foldable blanks on automatic die-cutters, then high-speed folder-gluers fold and glue seams into finished cartons. Mounting is added when the structure needs extra board.
05
Rigid lid-and-base boxes take a different path: wraps are printed and mounted, then formed and assembled in the gift-box workshop with inserts checked before packing.
06
Variable-data coding prints batch or serial content where required. Automatic print inspection compares sheets with the approved file so defects are caught before boxes leave the floor.
07
Finished cartons and gift boxes are counted, packed and prepared for shipment to your schedule. Outer carton marks and packing method are confirmed per order.
