Printed sheets go through automatic print inspection, and coded items are produced on our variable-data coding machine. Coding and inspection are step six of seven, right before delivery.
How do you check print quality?
Automatic inspection machines compare printed sheets with the approved file, so defects are caught before boxes are packed. Printing the whole order on our own Heidelberg presses also helps keep the run in line with the approved sample.
How do you handle batch numbers and versions?
Batch numbers and other variable data are printed on our own coding machine. Coded items go through inspection in the same step.
