Lid-and-base boxes
A lid-and-base box is a two-piece rigid box: a base and a separate lid that slides over it. It is the usual choice for gift sets, phones and bottles. We form lid-and-base boxes in our gift-box workshop.

The base and lid are made from board wrapped in printed paper. The wrap is printed on our Heidelberg presses, mounted, then folded around the board.
A deeper lid gives a slower, more deliberate opening. A shallow lid shows more of the base wrap.
Inserts hold the product in place. Tell us what goes inside and we agree the insert during sampling.
Other styles: Flip-top boxes · Drawer boxes · Hanging-tab boxes · Mailer boxes · Handle gift boxes · Folding rigid boxes · Boxes with inserts
