- Colour shift. Approve a printed sample on the real board and finish.
- Cracked folds. Dark solid colours can crack on folds; lamination helps.
- Finish out of register. Keep foil and UV shapes simple and on their own layers.
- Version mix-ups. Name files by SKU and version.
