Spot UV process
Spot UV is a clear, glossy coating applied only to selected areas, often on top of matte lamination, so logos and patterns catch the light.
Put spot UV areas on a separate layer in your artwork.
Spot UV is subtle; hot foil is bold. Many brands use both. Read spot UV vs hot foil.
