What a box like this has to do
Boxes for oral liquids and granules carry dosage and product text that has to stay clear and readable, and they normally need space where batch numbers and dates can be coded. A box for vials or sachets should keep the contents upright and protected. When the same kind of product is also sold as a gift, the box has to look like a present while still carrying the product information. These are general needs of the category, not requirements the brand gave us.
How the box is built
The yellow range is a set of folding cartons in different sizes for the granule and oral liquid products, with the product name large on the front panel. A white carton is shown with its top flap open; it closes with a string wound around a button on the front. The pink oral liquid boxes are flat, wide boxes with the Taita logo and the product name across the top panel.
Print and finishing
The photos show warm yellow gradients with red accents on the carton range, fine line drawings of leaves and flowers on the white carton, and on the pink boxes a soft watercolour background, a raised flower pattern and a gold-tone logo. Soft pastel tones need steady colour from sheet to sheet. Our line in Dongguan includes Heidelberg offset presses, gloss or matte film lamination, spot UV, hot-foil stamping, automatic die-cutting, high-speed folder-gluing, mounting, lid-and-base box forming, variable-data coding and automatic inspection. We do not state here which machine ran this particular job.
How we work on similar boxes
For boxes like these we follow the same seven factory steps: design and sampling, plate-making and printing, surface finishing, die-cutting and gluing, gift-box assembly, coding and inspection, and delivery. This describes how our factory works in general. It is not a record of this project.
