Three things buyers ask before the first order
Will every carton match the approved sample?
We print on Heidelberg offset presses, and an automatic inspection machine checks printed sheets on the line before boxes are packed.
Can you keep batch numbers and SKU versions apart?
Our variable-data coding machine prints the codes, and coding and inspection run in the same step before delivery.
Can I see the box first?
Sampling is step one of our seven steps. You approve the structure, finish and fit before we start the full run.

Design concepts
We work out structure, finish options and a design concept first. Share your product, target size, finishes and any artwork or dieline you have.
Step 2
Sampling and proof
We make a structure sample or printed proof so you can check fit, colour and finish. Production starts only after you approve the sample.
Step 3
Factory production
Then we print, finish, die-cut and assemble in our Huangjiang factory: same site, same team.

Questions buyers ask
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Our building in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, is a six-storey office and production building of about 20,000 m². Printing, finishing, die-cutting, gluing, gift-box assembly, coding and inspection are done there, with nearly 100 machines and 300+ employees.
What kinds of samples can I get?
Sampling is the first step of our seven-step process. Tell us what the sample needs to check, and we will confirm the sample type for your project.
What should I send for a quote?
Product and box type, inner size, finishes, estimated quantity and target date. Artwork or a dieline helps but is not required to start. See what to send for a quote.
Will production match the approved sample?
We print on our Heidelberg presses and check sheets on automatic inspection machines against the approved file. Approve the sample on the real board and finish; if board or process changes later, re-approve.
Do you make custom packaging?
Yes. We make pharmaceutical cartons, health supplement boxes, cosmetic boxes, consumer electronics packaging, rigid gift boxes, food and wine boxes, and leaflets and inserts to your structure, size, artwork and finishes. Sampling is the first of our seven steps.
What artwork files do you need?
Send whatever artwork you have. Our design team will tell you if anything else is needed before print.
Do you ship overseas / export?
We make packaging for brands selling in overseas markets. Packing and shipping details are confirmed per order.
